Hi all! I was wondering which medicine you usually take to bring down high temperature.

There are lots of choices, including Advil, Tylenol, and similar drugs, and I'm interested in what gives you the best results.
Do you prefer over-the-counter meds or do you trust traditional methods instead?
Also, how fast do they work for you? Would love to hear your thoughts!
