Bu olay 2 gün önce benim başıma geldi.Msn şifremi ve alternatif mail adresimi bilmiyordum dolayısıyla şifremi sıfırlayamıyordum,gizli soru ve cevabımı biliyordum ancak hotmail anasayfasında parolamı unuttum kısmına girdiğimde gizli sorumu sormadıkları için maalesef bu özelliği kullanamadım.Ben de aşağıda anlattığım yöntemle Microsofta mail gönderip,az önce şifremi geri aldım.


1)Öncelikle [Bu Adresi (link) Görme Yetkiniz Yok BEDAVA'ya Üye Ol Sitemizden Faydalan....] adresine gidiyoruz.

2)Ardından "Helpful Information for MSN Hotmail" başlıklı bir sayfa gelecek,bu sayfanın altına iniyoruz;

İngilizce bilen arkadaşlar şikayet kısmına kendilerine göre cümleler türetebilirler.

3)Ve işlemimiz tamamlandı artık Microsofttan gelecek cevabı bekleyeceğiz.

4)Kısa bir süre sonra(bana yaklaşık 2-3 saatte geldi)formda doldurduğunuz iletişim adresinize bir mail gelecek.Maili buraya ayne kopyalıyorum:

11. Last date and time you successfully signed in---->sorunlu maile son giriş tarih ve saatiniz



For Windows Live Mail customers



12. Any folders you created (aside from the default folders)---->hotmail hesabınızda klasör yarattınız mı yarattıysanız bunlardan birini yazın.yaratmadıysanız yaratmadım deyin.



13. Contacts in your address book (please include the e-mail address)---->hotmail hesabınızda adres defterinizde kayıtlı mail varsa buraya 1-2 tane yazabilirsiniz.



14. Subjects of any old mail that is in your Inbox or mail folders---->inboxunuzda son gelen ve silmediğiniz maillerden biri hakkında bilgi verebilirsiniz.Örneğin:frmtr.com(frmtr.com dan mail gelmişti gibi)



For Windows Live Messenger customers



15. A list of Contacts in your buddy list (please include the e-mail address)----->msn arkadaş listenizdeki maillerden bir kaçını buraya yazın

16. Your Windows Live Messenger Nickname (your Messenger display name)----->sorunlu mailinizde nikinizi soruyor
